Baked Fish w/ Black Bean Sauce & Salsa

taken from Chronicle Low-Fat recipe

15 oz canned black beans
1.5 t chili powder
1.5 t ground cumin
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped
0.25 c cilantro, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Blend all this well (in blender) and microwave, covered, 4 minutes.

Top with baked fish and salsa. Recommend: Whole Foods Medium.

Makes enough for two servings.
