Chris Harvey's Salsa Fresca

0.5 Yellow Onion
1.25 lb Roma Tomatoes
4 Jalapeno Chilies
4 Serrano Chilies
0.25 - 0.5 c. Cilantro, chopped
0.25 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp Salt
4 Tomatillos
0.5 c Cider Vinegar
0.25 tsp Black Pepper
(I think he had some sugar in there, but experiment)

Chop it all with a cleaver.

If it's not hot enough, add some cayenne pepper.
